Whether you are a business, not-for-profit organization, church, family, team of friends, or an individual, Healthy Habits will make improving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle fun and rewarding. Monthly Certificates of Achievement are awarded to recongize people's "effort" and track their progress.
Certificate of AchievementThe program focuses on the following healthy behaviors:
1. Sleep a minimum of 7 hours – increase energy and productivity, and
reduce obesity
2. No tobacco usage – improve health and energy, and decrease health costs
3. Drink 32 oz. of water – keep hydrated and alert, and suppress appetite
4. Eat 5 servings of fruits/vegetables – improve nutrition and health, and manage weight
5. Complete a Mile-Per-Day of heart-healthy aerobic exercise – select from 25 heart-healthy
activities to improve heart function, mood, energy, and weight management
